At almost precisely 7:35pm on April 10, 2013 the heavens opened over Wales, in the town of Cwmbran in particular. At our weekly Encounter Meeting there was a tangible sense of Gods presence. Victory Church has seen hundreds of lives transformed by the Holy Spirit in the last three years, but this is now another level.

One incredible thing that we are experiencing here in Cwmbran (see last week’s edition) since this Outpouring began is the breadth of Christian representation. As a local church, it is great to be joined with brothers and sisters in the Kingdom from many denominational backgrounds including: Baptist, Methodist, Anglican, Catholic, Charismatic, Reformed, Methodist, Free-Methodist and others. This unity, hunger and coming together, is confirmation to us that God is breaking down walls, destroying religious pride and using this as one tool to unite the body of Christ and send her out to the lost and broken, in the power of the Holy Spirit. Every night is different, some nights are completely free, as people experience the presence, joy and power of God. Others are still, peaceful, yet distinctly powerful. Look to Germany, Northern Italy and Eastern Europe
During a long and revelatory worship set on November 20, 2011, the Holy Spirit took me up and into a vision where I flew over Europe and saw the territory the Lord had marked out for the outpouring of His Spirit in the coming years.
On the first pass through Central Europe, the Lord took me back to places where I had been in recent years – particularly in Germany and Italy. He then rolled back the memories and said that ministry will look very different in the years to come in Europe. A sovereign move of God will flow like a spring snow melt that begins with a trickle as the initial snow pack melts, then gains strength and rushes and roars into various watersheds for a season that will change the face of European Christianity.
The Lord showed me that as Germany is the first nation to fully embrace the move of God, the rivers of Germany will carry the rushing waters into other countries. I saw Germany come alive in the Spirit. And as the fire of God’s love consumed them, they spread the word through Austria and the spring thaw rushed over the Alps into Northern Italy. I also saw the Swiss-Italy border watershed capturing the flow of the Spirit. Then, I heard the Lord say, “Look to the university towns of Germany and Northern Italy for a revival among the youth who will carry it throughout Eastern Europe.” I believe this includes Heidelberg University in Germany and Padua in Italy (the second oldest University in Europe where Galileo taught).
As I flew along the Danube into Budapest I saw the crystalline image of a silvery angel hovering above Budapest. Showers of silver rained down upon the Danube and flowed to the east. And wherever the river flowed, revival flowed. For the Lord is redeeming His people out of the ravishes of oppression and into the total freedom of the Holy Spirit. The silver and the gold are His to give where He pleases, and it is time for the Eastern European Bride to step forward out of the ashes and into the adorning grace of redemption. He has set His gaze upon you. This is the time of your favor – Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania – you who live where the Danube flows.
The Lord Will Be a Ring of Fire Around England and Wales
Then the Lord took me over the United Kingdom where the Cross was superimposed across the landscape. I saw four fires being lit – one in the north, one in the south, one in the east and one in the west of England. And the Lord said, ”I am lighting a ring of fire around England and Wales. And I will be a ring of fire around them.” Look to four churches to become well-known Apostolic Resource Centers in the coming years. They will release the torches that all of England will either be drawn to or repelled by. And the fire of God will protect them.
Then the Lord said, ”Look to the locks that are opening canals long closed.”The re-opening of locks in the U.K. is a sign that the ancient waterways are opening that have held back a move of the Spirit of God. New pathways of the Spirit are opening, new opportunities to spread the Word within the region are opening. As the locks become unlocked, the restored waterways of revival and evangelism will emerge and flow.
I looked this up online after receiving the vision, and read a note of significance concerning the ancient locks: “The Droitwich Canals opened Friday, 1 July 2011, 72 years after they were officially abandoned… 240 years after they first opened on 27 June 1771, the newly restored waterway is the final link in a brand new ‘cruising circuit’ – the Mid Worcestershire Ring. The Ring allows boats, cyclists and ramblers to make a 21-mile circular journey through some of the UK’s most beautiful and historic countryside, from the Worcester & Birmingham Canal to the River Severn, through the city of Worcester and back to Droitwich.”
In the 1770s, when many locks were being built or restored, England was in the middle of the John Wesley revival. It is also interesting to note that in 1939, when many canals and locks began closing, history records that WWII broke out that year. Also, religious historians believe that in 1939, one particular man brought Wicca out of the woods of England and spread its popularity throughout Britain and America, launching a Wiccan revival. It seems like 1939 was a good year to close off the waterways of the natural and spiritual enemy. But now is the time to reopen the waterways of the Spirit and let revival break out!
A ring of fire around the country and a ring of locks within it speak of the coming invasion of Heaven becoming more manifest than ever before to ordinary Believers and unbelievers. Both speak of complete circles – like a wheel within a wheel – and both are signs that the Lord is moving to restore the rich heritage of the Spirit in the U.K.
The vision ended and two questions rumbled through my mind. The first was this: Will Europe experience its Spring thaw in 2012? And the second question was this: As the Lord sovereignly and suddenly lights the fires of revival and evangelism, who will rise up and carry the torch to the neighboring nations?
I believe it will be those who say, “Here am I, send me!” who will go to the surrounding nations, and many who are displaced or students living outside of their home countries in Central and Eastern Europe will find themselves riding the rivers and carrying the torch wherever the river flows.
There is a rising tide of prayer across Wales as His children seek His face for our nation. There seems to be a buzz in the air as stories are arising across Wales of God doing wonderful things in peoples’ lives. Beautiful testimonies are emerging, Jesus is being glorified and the Holy Spirit seems to be moving in every corner of the nation. House of Prayer Ffald-y-Brenin cannot cope with the number of visitors coming to pray and has given up trying, so that Bed and Breakfasts are full of those who come up to pray during the daytime. People are pouring in from around the world then leave carrying increased blessing. Elsewhere across Wales people are suddenly finding that the simplest prayers suddenly lead them into the very presence of our life-changing God. Home-based Houses of Prayer are multiplying, both singly and in networks. 24-hour Prayer is being raised up across the land.

The Order of Jacob’s Well is a religious order, operating under the oversight of the Christian Church. The Order exists to encourage Christians who feel a call to Christ’s Healing Ministry, to train them, pray for them and to carry the message of the healing kingdom into the local church and the hurting world beyond.
The vision
The Ministry of Healing and Wholeness is given to the Christian Church, firstly to enable her individual and personal relationship with God to deepen and secondly to help to prepare the bride for the return of Christ.
As a consequence of such a deepening our spirits, followed by our emotions and relationships and often followed by our bodies, become more at one with God, more at peace and more whole. This is a ministry of Reconciliation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
The work of The Order of Jacob’s Well
The Order has three branches. There are licensed ministers who have been trained in healing ministry. Following selection they are licensed by the Church in recognition of their gifting. They work in their churches, which may be of any Christian denomination, under the oversight and encouragement of the Order. The second branch is that of the Alongsiders, who wish to be more loosely affiliated with the Order. The role of the Intercessory Branch is to uphold the members of the other two Branches in prayer, together with all activities, conferences and outreach.

Prayer Ministry & Counselling Appointments: The Well Centre is a place where people come to receive the benefits of Christ’s Ministry of Healing and Wholeness from a team of highly trained and competent people who minister in quiet love and acceptance.
Healing Services: These are easy-to-follow times of worship, teaching about the kingdom of God and Christ’s healing ministry. Services take place on the second Saturday of every month, 7pm, at The Well Centre.
Teaching: Residential and non-residential courses for individuals, churches and Christian organisations.
Tele-care: The Order keep in touch with all their ministers around the UK, and others who request it, by phone. These links enable calls for prayer and opportunities for social conversation which simply show that we care for each other.

The Order of Jacob’s Well was founded by a group of lay and ordained Christians involved in the Christian healing ministry in south Wales. These days it can be found throughout England, Scotland and Wales, and is expanding worldwide. The Order of Jacob’s Well is fully ecumenical in terms of both its membership and its outreach.
The Order is funded by a registered charity and authorised through its Leader to its Leadership Board and a Bishop Visitor, the Rt Revd Dominic Walker of Monmouth. It is under the gracious Patronage of Dr. Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury.

The Well Centre is the administrative headquarters of The Order of Jacob’s Well. As well as a busy office, the centre offers a range of ministries to support its ministers across the UK and Christians and non-Christians alike who need God’s help in their lives.
The work of Jacob’s Well is expanding. Well Centres have opened in other parts of South Wales and beyond, with plans for still more. The particular ministry is one of making connections between a deep sense of dis-ease in the community that is common to both inside the churches and outside and the Gospel of reconciliation, healing and integration in Christ.

Whilst praying:
Saw golden angels rising up out of the Cornish land (carrying on from a previous vision where I’d seen bubbling mud where the blood of the martyrs had fallen). They grew tall. They then lined up along the north Cornish coast facing out to sea, looking for what’s coming – from Wales and Ireland (Isle of Man), 2 streams. Then white chargers were coming across in the spirit, angelic warriors were riding them into Cornwall. Moving swiftly and mightily, sweeping through, on into France.
I was living in Devon at the time, not knowing I would soon be marrying a Cornish man. Have since shared with prophetic folk in both Ireland and Wales. In Ireland someone has seen the same vision. In Wales they are aware that angelic activity is increasing (told me in Autumn 2009 – Roy Godwin of Ffald Y Brenin)
When I walk the north Cornish coast, especially around Bedruthan steps, I’m aware of the angels lined up and waiting.
This vision followed on from one I had in 1994, where all the coasts of the celtic areas of both Britain and Ireland were lit with fire, the fire of God’s revival Holy Spirit.
