More Than Gold has brought together churches from denominations across the UK to engage with the 2012 Olympic Games, to pray and work together to reach out to their community in fresh and ongoing ways.

More than 200,000 copies have already been sold of the ‘mini-mag’ which contains a background to the Games and stories of athletes that live out their Christian faith. The Bible Society’s special editions of Sports Bibles have sold over 8,000 copies – again with the demand for a reprint – and the booklet On Your Marks, based on St Mark’s Gospel, has had to reprint a further 10,000 copies after the first 20,000 copies sold out.
